Accommodation description
Villa 258 is a 3 bedroom property which is comfortably furnished and which offers lovely views of the Femes mountains, the sea and of Papagayo beaches. It is conveniently located a 10 minute walk to the upmarket Marina Rubicon where you will find restaurants, bars and designer shops.
The villa is open plan downstairs with lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen, all leading out through patio doors onto the pool and patio area.
In the lounge is a leather suite, flat screen TV with satellite television (freeview), DVD player, music system and a selection of DVDs and books. A spiral staircase at the end of the lounge takes you up to the second floor. Stairgates are fitted both at the top and bottom of the stairs.
In the kitchen you have a full size oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, etc. This being open plan to the dining area and the lounge, so the chef is not left feeling isolated from everyone else.
There is also downstairs toilet, plus a utility room where you find the washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, the master having doors leading out on the upstairs terrace where you have lovely sea and mountain views. It has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over. All the bedrooms have single beds. There is second separate bathroom with bath and shower over.
Outside is a covered area offering shade from the heat of the Lanzarote sun and leading onto the terrace area and your own private 5m x 3m electrically heated swimming pool, the pool has a ladder into it. Sunloungers are supplied to relax and enjoy the hot sunshine while the chef rustles up the steaks on the BBQ.
There is gated off road parking.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

This villa is conveniently located to the beautiful Marina Rubicon with its designer shops, restaurants and bars. Fishing trips can also be taken from the Marina.
