Accommodation description
Villa 260 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property with a private pool and which is conveniently located a 10 minute walking distance of the lovely Marina Rubicon and close to the sandy family orientated Playa Dorada beach.
The stylishly furnished lounge has a comfortable leather corner suite, satellite television with free to air package, DVD/CD player and book library. There are french doors leading out from the lounge to a covered alfresco dining area.
You have a separate dining area with seating for 6 guests with an archway leading through to the fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. There is a utility room where you will find the washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes drier and safe.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets, dresser and fitted wardrobe and doors leading out to a balcony. There is also a twin bedroom with bedside cabinet, dresser and fitted wardobes. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom, which has a bath with shower over, toilet, sink and bidet. There is a further twin bedroom downstairs which has an ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. You also have another shower room on the ground floor, so there is no squabbling over who gets to shower first!
As you come out onto the pool area you have your own private 5m x 3m swimming pool with steps leading down into it and a sun terrace with ample sunloungers to laze away the hours in the hot Lanzarote sunshine, before taking a cooling dip in the pool. The pool area is completely surrounded by walls so the younger ones of the group cannot escape.
A BBQ is provided for the `Jamie Oliver´ amongst you to whip up the steaks and to enjoy with a glass of wine or a cold beer at the alfresco dining area. You will not have to go far for supplies either as there is a supermarket a couple of minutes walk around the corner!
There is also off road parking and a landscaped garden area.
Cooling fans, hairdryer, cot, high chair and bedguard are also provided.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
