Accommodation description
This villa is a lovely 4 bedroom property located in Parque del Rey which is situated approximately 15 minutes walk into Playa Blanca.
The villa is comfortably and tastefully furnished throughout in a Parisienne style. In the lounge there is a leather suite, flat screen TV, freeview satellite system and DVD/CD player. It has a separate dining room and separate fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The washing machine is located in a utility room where you will also find the iron, ironing board and clothes dryer.
There are 4 bedrooms, the master having a king size bed and a large dressing room with loads of wardrobe space and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a sumptuous jacuzzi bath in which to relax with a glass of bubbly, a shower enclosure, toilet, bidet and sink. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, plus a 4th bedroom/sitting room with a sofa bed to accommodate a further two guests. You also have a shower room with large walk-in shower with massaging jets, and a sink and toilet.
If you can finally tear yourself away from the jacuzzi bath and the comfy interior of the villa and step outside, you will find a spacious terrace surrounding your own private heated 7m x 3m swimming pool, with ample sunbeds and cushions on which to stretch out and soak up the hot Lanzarote rays before taking a cooling dip. There is also a covered alfresco dining area for chilling out with a glass of wine, while the chef gets the steaks sizzling on the BBQ. Not forgetting a landscaped garden and off road parking.
Cooling fans and a hairdryer are also provided.
All in all, a wonderful place to stay for your holiday!

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
