Accommodation description
This beautiful villa is located just 10/15 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca with its seafront promenade and beaches and is less then 10 mins walk from the impressive Lanzarote Princess, Princesa Yaiza or Hesperia Dorada hotels.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout, with air conditioning which provides heating in the winter in the lounge/diner and two of the bedrooms. It has a total of 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, with the option of a put-you-up bed, and 2 modern bathrooms. The contemporary master bedroom has a large double bed and is accessorised with luxurious red/purples silks/cheniles. It has a deluxe en suite bathroom with his and hers vanity sinks, plus full-size bath/shower with limestone flooring throughout. The two charming twin bedrooms, thoughtfully decorated, have the benefit of a deluxe wetroom-style double shower, wc and marble washbasin.
The stylish kitchen is fitted with all the mod cons to make for an easy holiday and leads on to a spacious utility room which houses the washing machine and provides ample space for drying. The luxurious living room and open-plan beech dining room, with cream leather sofas are accessorised with chocolate brown and duck-egg blue. Tranquil, relaxing and comtemporary! English satellite, TV,DVD and a selection of books, games and DVDs are provided for your convenience and enjoyment.
This outstanding villa has a private electrically heated swimming pool with roman style steps leading into it and has the added advantage of a separate kids pool! A high perimeter wall affords an unusually high degree of privacy yet still provides you with stunning mountain views! It also ensures that any tiny feet remain securely within the bounderies of this villa! The large, Canarian style, outside barbecue is all that the chef of the family could ask for, and the teak patio furniture finishes off that alfresco dining experience. The extensive patio area allows you to lie back and enjoy the sun on the deluxe sun beds provided. Patio doors lead directly from both lounge and master bedroom to the large veranda.
Cot, high chair, buggy and steriliser can all be provided upon request for the new addition to the family and a selection of toys and inflatables are provided for extra enjoyment.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

“Just had a fantastic week at this villa. 11th to 18th October 2009. The villa is immaculate and is in a great location near the centre of Playa Blanca. The couple who manage the villa stay just 2 doors away across the road and are always on hand if anything arises or you need any information. Would definetely recommend this villa for a relaxing break away in the sunshine and we will definetely return to Playa Blanca which is a fab resort next year.”
