Accommodation description
New to the rental market for this Summer a modern luxury 5 bedroom villa with private heated pool and private terraces including alfresco dining area and BBQ.
The villa is spread over three floors which includes a spacious well equipped games area. Located 20 yards from the beautiful coastal path leading to the Marina Rubicon with its variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. A further 10 minute walk will take you to the main beach of Playa Dorada.
This is an ideal villa for a large party of family/friends taking a holiday together as the villa has something for everyone, from the full size pool table, the Nintendo Game Cube to the outdoor basketball net and variety of beach accessories all free for the use of guests. Internet access is available via a USB dongle and subject to availability.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...
Arrecife airport is 30 mins drive or approx 40 euros by taxi. Car hire is not essential as the villa is within walking distance to all local amenities.
There is also a local bus service in Playa Blanca which runs from Las Colorados to Faro Park (maps and timetables provided in villa).

“We've just returned from a fantastic holiday in this amazing villa and will definitely be returning!! The photos really don't do it justice. It comes fully equipped with every home comfort a family could possible want or need.
The rooms are spacious and have been beautifully decorated.
Its not always easy to holiday with 4 children aged 12, 10, 4 and 2 as they all like different things but they really have thought about everything !!
The basement games room was such a hit our children didnt even unpack the toys they'd bought from home !!!!
Its located only 5 minutes to the centre of the Marina with numerous restaurants and shops, yet its still quiet.
Mary and Hugh were on hand to make our stay fantastic and to deal with any queries and give advice.
We really cant recommend this villa highly enough, 5* luxury villa !!!”
