Accommodation description
This outstanding villa, ideal for a family of six, but can comfortably sleep seven persons, is situated in the exclusive of Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen and can comfortably accommodate a family of six. The spacious accommodation comprises of two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom, with a further master bedroom and en suite bathroom.
The large lounge fitted with satellite TV and comfortable furniture, specially imported from the Far East, also offers a fine dining area (you will find one further single bed, fold out type if needed). A fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances overlooks the south-facing terrace. There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and iron board.
At the sun terrace you can enjoy the solar heated pool, enhanced by beautiful plants and ample garden furniture with comfortable sun lounges. A large garden wall to offer greater privacy surrounds the property and a barbeque area.
You will receive once weekly a pool service and maid service at Villa Birka.
A welcome sangria pack is supplied for every reservation,with some other extras.
If you enjoy playing golf, you will love playing golf with sea views and in a very peaceful location. Just 5 minutes by car from the villa. If you are interested to play golf during your holidays, please mention this on your enquiry as our clients could get up to 20% discount depending on the session time. You can also rent golf clubs if you prefer not to bring your own. This could be a very memorable and enjoyable experience.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

“The villa is well furnished and comfortable together with a good size including the surrounding pool areas.The area itself is very quiet which is an advantage.It is easy to commute as taxis are readiliy available.I visit Lanzarote on a regular basis and found this villa to be the best to date.”

“Had a really lovely time at Villa Birka, the location is ideal if you wish to relax and avoid the main tourist areas. It's a 15 minute drive from the airport and the fare was only 15 Euros. We easily found the well stocked supermarkets and managed to walk back up the hill, although on a couple of occasions when it was too hot we got a taxi which cost less than 3 Euros. The villa was very spacious, clean and well equipped with plenty of outdoor space which had 2 separate shaded outdoor eating areas to escape the mid day sun! The pool was cleaned twice in our week long visit, and it was lovely to be able to jump in when it got too hot!
Our flight was a little late but Maria was waiting for us and showed us around the villa, it was nice to know she was only at the end of the phone if we should have any problems. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa.”
