Accommodation description
Casablanca is a stunning luxurious villa situated in a 5 star development in the exclusive area of Montana Rojo approx 10 mins walk to the beach, bars & restaurants and a local supermarket just 2 minutes walk away.
The villa is situated in an elevated position with very private south facing terrace with sea views and private heated pool . The terrace has sun loungers and patio furniture to accommodate 8 people or more and a built in BBQ area.
There is a huge lounge and games area (90sqm) with 40"LCD TV with full Sky package, DVD with plenty of movies, pool table and bar.
There are 2 double bedrooms upstairs, both with ensuite bathrooms and 2 twin bedrooms downstairs with shared bathroom. Wooden cot and travel cot provided with baby monitor & child gate for stairs. Towels and beach towels provided .
The kitchen is very well equipped with every thing you may need and is next to a fine dining room with sea views and large dining table to seat 8.
The outdoor hot tub is on the terrace by the pool. There are front and side gates to property with intercom entry system.

Prices quoted are in Sterling. We ask for 30% deposit to secure booking and final payment 8 weeks prior to departure. There is a £200 security deposit required, this can be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure providing the property is handed over in good order with no damages incurrred.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

The Marea Bar, ideal for sundowners and occasional outdoor music. Flamingo Beach has lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Full information on local bars, restaurants and attractions are in our welcome folder in the villa.

“We just returned from 9 nights at Casablanca. We had a wonderful time. The Villa is top rate. The villa is very large and can accomodate quite a few people. Our babies had plenty of room to roam. The outdoor space is large. The pool is a nice size and the water is warm thanks to the heated pool. Also, the Jacuzzi is a fantastic addition overlooking the sea. This was our first Villa experience with childen and we can only say that it was even nicer than in the photos. Playa Blanca is a great place to go with plenty to do with family. We are very happy to have chosen the Lobos Casablanca Villa and we can't praise this Villa enough. We will consider rebooking in the future.”

“We stayed in Casablanca in September. We thought the villa was amazing, far better than we had hoped.The villa manager was very friendly and helpful. The house is beautifully furnished and had everything we required. The views from the terrace are fantastic and we sat out most nights eating al fresco at the bbq. There was loads to do, the kids loved the pool table and the swimming pool, I personally fell in love with the hot tub. It was our 3rd trip to Lanzarote and our first to Playa Blanca, which is a beautiful place and so child friendly, with fab restaurants. We would much prefer it to puerto del carmen. We never rented a villa before and found the whole experience super. We will definatly do it this way in future and hopefully stay at Casablanca. It was a treat.”
