Accommodation description

This is a spacious two bedroomed ground floor apartment with a terrace view of a lovely shared pool and private parking space.

From the entrance the hall opens out onto large living area comfortably furnished with dining table for 6, which leads out onto terrace with views of the pool, town and sea.

The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom with double wardrobe. 1 twin bedroom with single beds with double wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath/shower, sink, toilet and bidet .

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size electric hob oven and grill, there is also a full size fridge/freezer. Then kitchen opens out onto a utility room with washing machine and washing line.

San Jacinto is a quiet complex 10 mins walk from the main beach Las Cucharas and 5 mins from the nearest supermarkets and resturants.

The apartment is just a15 minute drive from the airport and costs approximately 25 euro by taxi, but during busy periods you may need to wait over an hour, an airport pickup can be arranged if you would prefer for the same cost.

Welcome pack includes tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, water and toilet rolls.

Prices are for hire of apartment per week not per person. We do not request for a damages deposit, but we do ask you to replace like for like should it get broken or damaged (sunlotion on throwovers or bed linen).

Playa de las Cucharas, Costa Teguise

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

There are plenty of activities available on the Island from wind-surfing and diving to the wonders of Timanfaya National Park.

A 5 minute drive form the apartment you can enjoy the fun of the Aqua Park or for those who wish to improve their swing an 18 hole championship golf course where you can hire whatever equipment you need.

There is also a ferry from Playa Blanca to Fuerteventura another beautiful Canary Island.

There are bicycles available for hire and many coach trips available.

“The accomodation is clean/modern spacious with good facilities.The location is in a residential area about 8 to 10 minutes walk from the main beach with a good mixture of spanish/british residents. The couple that look after the apartment for the owner where very helpful and really made are stay a pleasent one. The one thing that would improve the experience would be shutters or security bars on the windows this would allow you enjoy the breeze in mid summer nights. With it being a ground floor apartment it was quite hot at night with the windows closed.”

“Very nice and very spacious apartment with a nice view from the patio on a quiet and very well maintained complex. There's a private parking place in front of the door. Centre, beach, shops, busstop etc. are walking distance.”

The complex is situated in a quiet residential area, far enough away for a peaceful night, but within a few minutes walk from the local nightlife. With that in mind we would prefer not to have hen or stag parties. We also ask our guest to refrain from smoking in the apartment partly for health and safety reasons and but also for other guests.
