Accommodation description
This holiday home is situated within a group of private quiet residential dwellings just 15/20 mins from Arrecife airport.
Our holiday home has every convenience you would expect at home including air conditioning
and heated pool. Built over two floors upstairs has two double bedrooms, one with dressing room
and single pull out bed, second with balcony and bathroom with twin sinks.
Ground floor, bedroom twin beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen and siting room.
There is a supermarket within 2 mins walk, or a welcome pack can be provided.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

“We have been staying here for several years about 8 years in all. its stoploessly clean all modern cons. Very good localation near beach barr restaurant and shops.”

“Very large villa, nice big rooms, plenty of stuff like books, Sky, DVD, kitchen equipment etc. Nice pool, which was 27deg all week when were were there in November - good refreshment when the sun is beating down!
We had one cloudy day, which meant there was no hot water as it is 100% solar - could have done with some back-up for the shower. Having said that, on the other 6 days there was loads of hot water and an excellent shower! I guess you can't have it all!
The villa is a short walk to the promenade, down quite a steep hill. You come out onto the sea front amongst the bars and restaurants, many of which were very nice and reasonably priced.
We'd certainly consider a return visit.”

“This villa was very good. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was great to stay in a villa which had more than the basic kitchen equipment and utensils. The pool is very well maintained and is a great size. It is family friendly and safe for children.
The garden and pool area are much bigger than what we expected. It is centrally located but still quet and restful. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to couples and families alike.”
