Accommodation description
As you enter the front gate, a set of stairs will lead you up to the front door of the villa, once inside you enter a spacious area from which you can enter a bedroom to one side, and kitchen, and dining room to the other. Directly in front of you is a set of curved stairs which take you to a large open plan space downstairs.
On the ground level you have a single room to the left with an en-suite shower room. The room has fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
On this ground floor there is a guest toilet with hand basin.
Walking past the stairs you head to the kitchen. The kitchen is a fully equipped gallery style kitchen with all appliances built in. To the side of the kitchen is a covered utility area, complete with washing machine and drying area.
The dining area is a large area with patio doors the whole length of the wall, These open out onto a balcony overlooking the pool, this gives you a completely unspoilt view of the sea, and over to Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. As you scan the horizon to the right you have stunning views of the famous Papagayo beaches. This balcony leads round to a larger terrace which steps down to the Built in BBQ area with an outdoor sink perfect for outdoor dining whilst enjoying the most fabulous of sunsets over the sea.
Inside the villa as you go downstairs you come into an open plan area which consists of a lounge, with leather sofas, coffee table and television. To the side of the sofas there is the dining area with 6 highbacked chairs.
The rest of the open space is made into good use as a games room. Comprising of a pool table and a fuss ball table for your entertainment. The large wall spaces are adorned with carefully selected pictures that complement the villa. Large patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area. The lounge has air conditioning. On this level there are two bedrooms, and one bathroom, the bathroom comprises of separate Jacuzzi bath and shower, bidet, WC and hand basin. The hand basin is set in to Marble.
One room is a double room, with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is also a single room also with fitted wardrobes, and bedside cabinets, The single room has air conditioning fitted to give you an ambient temperature all year round.
Outside there is a pool with an electric back up heater. Separate from the pool is a Hot Tub on the ample terrace area.
There are sun loungers for use around the pool for the sun worshipers. The garden is becoming established and is full of colour all year round. There is a lockable side gate.

Rates shown are for 4 persons, please add £100.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 8 adults.
The pool is solar heated all year, but if you would like the guarantee of a min 27/28c during your stay we can offer an electric back up system for an extra £75.00 a week.
There is a luxurious jacuzzi in the corner of the sun terrace and can be booked as an extra for your holiday at £75.00 a week. To allow time for it to heat, be cleaned and the correct chemical balance provided, we will need to know, if this is to be required before your holiday.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed. Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 pm to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask. A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Please note children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge. For less than 4 persons please contact us for a special weekly rate.
Clean linen and towels are provided each week. beach towels are not provided. Please note for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for seperately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
Hire chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20€, per item. Car hire is available please ask for details.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
