Accommodation description
La Casita is a modern bungalow with private pool and large outside terraces on a gated community with good sea views.
The villa has an open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table and chairs into the lounge area. There are a few English speaking channels available in this property.
The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and there is a washing machine located in the laundry area off of the kitchen.
The master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room. This bedroom has patio doors going onto the top patio. The twin bedroom also has fitted wardrobes. The main bathroom has a bath.
The patio doors from the lounge and master bedroom lead onto a shaded patio area with a few steps down onto the pool terrace. Both areas offer ample room for sitting out and enjoying the view.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

“Our 3rd time at Vista del Mar and first at La Casita. Excellent property, lovely views, everything you could want. Reported a problem with the DVD and it was fixed within the hour. Beer and wine left in the fridge a lovely touch. Would definately return to this property and use this company again.”

“Very good villa, excellent location as both the main Beach/strip and the old town/harbour are within walking distance yet a quite non tourist area. Villa is well equipped and the pool area has the sun all day and the management company were very helpful. Have just booked to return in March.”
