Accommodation description

Seashells is a beautiful, well maintained, airy, semi detached villa, near Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca.

The villa is very light, airy and spacious. It features 2 large bedrooms upstairs, 1 double and 1 twin room. The bathroom upstairs is modern with bath, shower, toilet and sink. Additionally the other bathroom (downstairs) features a shower.

The separate kitchen is very well furnished with a hob, oven, microwave and a large fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine in the Solana.

In the living area are 2 sofas perfect for chilling out, relaxing and watching the TV (English Satellite). There is also a DVD player with a great selection of films for children and adults and play station with games or books to read.

There is a private terrace from the living room which features a large table plus chairs perfect for al fresco dining. There is a large swimming pool just perfect for cooling off.

The incredible beaches at Papagayo are a 15 minute walk, likewise the very popular Playa Dorada. There is a supermarket and coffee shop just a couple of minutes walk away.

For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a thorough clean, including a sheet and towel change weekly. A welcome pack is included consisting of water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. Extra bed and cot available on request.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
