Accommodation description
This unique duplex apartment is located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, only 2 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
This duplex apartment located in a very desirable complex has a fully integrated kitchen and separate utility/laundry room with skylight and washing machine.
On the same floor, there is a cloakroom and a cosy living room overlooking through the balcony outstanding sea views. In the balcony/terrace you could enjoy having a barbeque (built-in BBQ) enjoying those beautiful sea views. There is a large skylight with remote control to open and close the big window. There is also a remote blind to avoid hot days and have some shadow.
On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms. In between the bedrooms, there is an internal garden which gives character to the property.
There is a communal swimming pool for adults and one for children which are surrounded by a pretty terrace area with sun-beds and attractive sub-tropic plants
The apartment is only 5 minutes walk to the new modern shopping centre, La Biosfera, which offers 4 floors of shops, bars, restaurants and kids play area. Only 5 minutes drive to the new golf course and 15 minutes drive to the airport.
A welcome sangria pack is supplied for every reservation, with some other extras such as a bottle of water, milk, biscuits, etc. We can help you to hire a car as part of the package. Ask for details.
Please note that children are welcome from the age of 5 onwards. For safety reasons, children under this age may not be allowed as there are stairs in the apartment and slightly opened. Please ask for more information/details.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

“This was another great vacation in this gorgeous apartment. My family and I normally stay in this apartment because apart from just being beautiful inside, spacious, nice sea views and have a house feeling type, it's only 2 minutes walk to the big beach (which you can see from the apartment). There's a private path that takes you the main street and beaches instead of going all the way round. It's also very close the new shopping centre La Biosfera.
We normally stay in the apartment for 2 weeks 3 to 4 times a year. I have no hesitation to recommend to anyone this apartment. In fact, my work colleague is coming here this summer and will stay for a month. Maria and Caroline are always great with the service. Thank you very much for everything and for arranging our excursions. My family and I will soon see you again.”
