“Stayed 8-22 Sep 2011. Had a wonderful time in a beautiful villa. The villa was spotless when we arrived and Keith was very helpful. This villa has everything you need and we found it to be very comfortable, clean and well layed out. The pool was great and Keith cleans it twice a week even if it dindn't really need it. The main is very good and cleans the villa very thoroughly at mid break. All in all a beautiful villa and well worth staying in. As a note the villa is well situated and you can walk into town in 20-25 mins, taxis are available around the corner and there is a hotel shop nearby.
We will be going back next year.”

“Excellent spacious villa. Very comfortable, clean, well maintained and welcoming. Within walking distance to Playa Blance but Taxi's and buses are available. Having stayed at Juan Pedro on numerous occasions Iwould not hesitate to return again. In fact I can thoroughly recommend any of the villas owned by Keith. They are amazing and can't wait to visit again.”

“My wife and I have visited Lanzarote in excess of 30 times over the last twelve years, and must have hired villas from most of the well known Companies during that time.
Having just returned from a week at Juan Pedro we can both say without hesitation, that this villa represents the best value for money of all those that we have visited! Price, location, size, cleanliness, comfort, and service from the owner, all serves to make us ask "what else could one possibly want when hiring a villa on this lovely island?"
Thoroughly recommended!!.”

“December 2009!... Villa superb, spacious, clean, good size pool, good views, short walk to local amenities, free bus service into town, cheap taxis, no need for car. The owner of the villa looked after our needs well and maid service was good too. Shame we couldn't control the weather but hey it was warm so no need for jeans and jumpers while it was snowing in England!. There was nine of us who stayed in this villa and it was big enough for us all to have our own privacy if we needed it. Good modern films for all ages provided which kept us entertained while the weather was not so good. Thanks Keith throughly relaxing time spent at Villa Juan Pedro... would come back again no question.”

“A nice and comfortable villa. For us just a little too far to walk to the restaurants, but nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A very nice pool.”

“Although the reveiw will say stayed here in oct 2009 - actually I'm writing this review whilst sat in the villa !!!! wi-fi works great !
ok I'll try to keep this review quite short and not bore any of you
Location - Very quite "residential" area - which suited me perfectly, If you have a car ( which i would recommend ) its only 5 mins to the main centre, and about another 5 mins to the new looking habour complex ( great resturaunts ). Easy to find and great directions given by Keith ( We cheated though and used a TOMTOM)
The Villa - Its MASSIVE, yeah trust me there are only 2 staying here and all the space is brilliant, The villa has everything you will need and more and is well equipped, rooms are big and spacious, terrace areas are great - 1 near the pool and 1 up near the living area, Pool is great - and the warmest pool I've ever been in ( Must be because of the cover). Also you are able to sunbath on the terrace areas even if its a little windy ( the villa blocks most the breeze ) - that said there is a door from the kithen area that can be left open giving a fantastic breeze coming through the villa which airs the rooms and keeps them lovley and cool.
the review before mine gives this place a 1 star rating... I dont get it at all - we had no ants ( we do however keep things clean ). And yes a couple of doors need a shove to open and close them - so what!!!! give em a shove. Everybody has differing expectations of accomodation, but this place was absolutly fantastic for me and my partner AND we WILL be returning....
Chris L
ps. Kieth visited us twice a week to maintain the pool.... you will stuggle to find a nicer more helpfull guy - cheers for that”

“We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay, all in all we had a great holiday with Playa Blanca providing a fantastic location for a family holiday. We made good use of the lovely pool and patio areas including enjoying a few evenings around the BBQ with family and friends. Keith was really helpful, giving us details of preferred restaurants; places of interest enabling us to take in the Canarian relaxed way of life. The local restaurants, a number of which are on the shore edge were good and the staff very friendly most of them speaking a number of languages including English.”

“Loads of room, the young ones made downstairs their own lair. While we, the parents and grandparents enjoyed the peace and quiet that this villa has.We found it clean and functional, and the maids do a great job. Ideal for a large family, or two families. We've said we'll be back and we will, as we all had a great holiday-and a thankyou to Keith!”

“My family and I stayed in this villa earlier this year in May, the amenities were excelllent.
The villa itself is extremely well kept and maintained to a high standard, our holiday couldn't have been better. We enjoyed our time around the lovely swimming pool and having barbecues in the warm summer evenings.
The owner, Keith Whitelock was very attentive to all our needs and gave us great deal of advice and informaton about the island.
I would highly recommend this villa!”

“Unless this Villa has had some major work done to it since our stay last year, I cannot understand the reviews it has been given! Such a shame that what must have once been a beautiful Villa has been allowed to get into such a state of disrepair, and then to charge people to stay there!!!
The curtains were dirty and torn, the matress was absolutely filthy, the bedding had holes in and were probably bought 20 years ago, the doors had to be kicked open, the washing machine was rusty, the kitchen and bathrooms were home to a legion of large ants, the barbeque was unusable due to the large amount of ants that gathered there, the downstairs bedrooms were collecting cobwebs like there was no tomorrow and the whole place was in dire need of re-decorating!!!!!
Our entire 2 week stay was spent on the terrace because we couldn't bear to sit inside. The only plus was the pool, but that didn't compensate for the shoddy, shabby Villa.”

“The villa is much bigger than you think, there were 9 of us with grandparents, and grandchildren.
we had so much room, it was a pleasure. Even the pool was big enough for all of us.
Best place was the main terrace, where we used the BBQ most days. The big dining table brought all the family together every day. There's even sea views from the terrace.
The villa is run by a friendly & helpful owner who organized our return transfer.
We thought that the total price was excellent value for money, and we'll be back soon.
Mum & Dad are coming back on their own in a couple of months.
You have to hike to the top of the volcano next to the villa, the views are unbelievable!!
Can't fail to highly recommend Villa Juan Pedro”

“A large well kept villa situated in a residentioal area not far from Playa Flamingo Beach. Peaceful and quite and within a few minutes walk of a taxi rank and a mini supermarket (we dont have a car). The villa has everything one could ask for and more besides. Having now stayed at this villa 5 times we think we can fully recommend this villa to anyone. Having already soent a month there this year (June 2009) we have now booked for next year.”
