“Just returned from a week’s stay at ‘La Vista’ (14th to 21st Jan 2011). ‘La Vista’ is in a lovely quiet area of Matagorda but quite close to the commercial centre where you will find the supermarket (also one directly across the road) and various bars/restaurants. There are also quite a lot of other bars/restaurants within a 5-7 minute walk away, one of our favourites was the Kinsale. If you fancy heading further afield, there is a taxi rank near-by and you can head to Puerto del Carmen or the Old Town, our favourite restaurant in the Old Town was La Cascada Puerto. ‘La Vista’ itself is very comfortable, a home away from home, it has everything you need to make your holiday a very enjoyable one. The terrace has sunshine all day and the sea view is amazing though you will hear noise from the airport as it is quite close by, this never affected our sleep as the airport seems to be closed at night. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to holiday in a quite area but with all the amenities close by and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

“We stayed at La Vista in August 10,and had a fantastic holiday it had everything you need to totally relax ,the Villa was very clean and spacious with picturesque views.The Beach ,
great Restaurants and Bars are all within a five minute walk.The Supermarket is right across the street and is very reasonable priced.There is a great Public transport service if you want to visit neighboring towns it is a five minute walk to the bus stop or if you prefer to take a Taxi the rank is 2 minutes walk from the Villa and they are cheap to use.We visited the National Park and I would highly recommend this as it is well worth the visit,We would definitely go back to La Vista
as we found it was just like going from home to home it was fully equipped with everything that you could possible need,comfortable beds,a great kitchen and a big lounge area, it was great for the kids they had loads of space,we really enjoyed our stay.”

“My sister, Catherine, organized and surprised me with a fabulous 50th Birthday getaway in Lanzarotti. Our party included my beautiful sister, Catherine, my two bessie cousins, Rita and Bernie, my sister’s best friend, Celine and my best friend, Connie.

We stayed in Matagorda at the La Vista Villa. The villa was spectacular and felt just like home. It had a pretty entrance with flower pots and palm trees. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, great kitchen with dishwasher, cutlery, plates, etc., living room, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. It also had a walk out patio/balcony, which overlooked the rest of the villas.

Across the street from the villa was a Supermarket. It was in walking distance to a stunning beach, restaurants, gift shops, and entertainment. We especially loved the Surocco Restaurant located across from the beach. The food wonderful and waiters just great!

I will never forget this amazing holiday. I would certainly recommend the La Vista Villa to everyone who is visiting this location. It is a place well worth staying in.”

“6 of us stayed here in Feb 2010 and were delighted to find that the house was very comfortable and tastefully decorated, with all the necessary facilities. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a ten minute walk from the main shops, restaurants,bars and a stunning beach. There is a supermarket just across the road.

The views from the spacious balcony are fabulous and it is ideal for entertaining or just chilling out. We all agreed that we would love to return.”

“This last break was the 4th holiday we have had at La Vista and its brilliant, spacious, clean, and homely. It is in the right place to access all the ammeanities but not to close so you always get a good nights sleep would recommend to any one.”

“This is a very nice villa with fantastic views of Matagorda.
The villa is very spacious with all mod cons.
The down side is that it is on a quite steep hill.
But do not let this put you off, I would stay there anytime.”
