“The villa was in a great location, being only a five minute walk from the lovely Marina, and a 15 minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca, and yet it was lovely, quiet and secluded.
I also said that we really appreciated that there was almost everything that we could ever need to use and cook in the kitchen.”

“From the time of booking the villa I was very happy with the service received - Phil was very helpful in answering any questions I may have had and when the information pack arrived it had all you needed to know.

Once we arrived at the villa we were very impressed, the location was perfect for being very close by to everything you need but at the same time it was also very peaceful.

The villa was very clean and well presented and had everything needed. The garden is lovely and we spent all day sunning ourselves there and relaxing in the pool, until the early evening when we watched the sun go down.

When Debs arrived for the midweek towel change and pool clean she was very happy to answer our questions about the area and make sure that we were happy with our stay and book a taxi for us for our return journey.

I would happily return to this villa and have already recommended it to friends and family, if you want somewhere relaxing with everything you need in the villa and with bars/shops and restaurants close by then this villa is perfect”

We had one of our most enjoyable holidays again at your superb holiday (Marina View) villa. As always every thing was excellent, so well maintained and spotlessly clean. The gardens and pool are very private and relaxing, all in all a great place to unwind and relax. Such a great location so near the Marina and all it's lovely restaurants and bar's.


We enjoyed ourselves so much we are booked again for next year, and we have highly recommended the villa to all our friends and family. Thank you for making our holiday so special.

Many thanks for the use of your property over Xmas. We had great weather and very much enjoyed the walk along the sea front every day. The arrangements on departure worked well as we decided to have a very long lunch eating Tapas in the Yaiza Suites Hotel in the sunshine listening to the guitarist playing. The market on Wednesday was a great stroll.”

“We have just returned from 2 weeks at Marina View. Everything was exactly as described. Everything in the villa was top class. The garden and pool were fantastic, very well thought out. Everything we could possibly need was there. There were many lovely restuarants in the Marina Rubican and we also found many more lovely places to eat in Playa Blanca. The walk to the centre of Playa Blanca from the marina was gorgeous. The Marina Rubican has now become our favourite place to stay in Lanzarote. we will definately be back. Thanks to you both - the villa is fantastic, we loved it.”

It was perfect and you really had thought of everything and it was just how you had explained it on the phone and your website. I trust that we left everything ship shape as it should be. “My partner ad myself have not long been back from our weeks stay at Marina View,It was a truly well needed relaxing week , villa is in a fantastic location,on the end, very private.
On arrival it was nice to find milk in the fridge& tea,coffee& sugar at the ready.Along with a few other nice touches within the villa .Very home from home..Pool was a god sent,it was nice to be able to wander a few steps and cool off in the water.....superb.
Some lovely eatiers in the area, shops,2 x supermarkets,a stones throw away,everything on your door step, but at the same time fantastically peaceful day and night.
Lovely walks along the the Marina, both ways, Playa Blanca,is roughly a leisurely 20 min walk,however it very relaxing and the Marina itself had plenty of choice if you dont fancy a walk,especally when it comes to eating out.everything you want, and only 5 minutes away.Markets held on Wedneday and Saturday well worth a visit, we picked up a few good prezzies to take home, nice cafe within market to stop and have a cold lager or a coffee and something to eat.Very relaxing.
We walked into Playa Blanca a few times, did aspot of shopping, good prices for perfume and drink and ciggies.
We eat in some lovely restaurants, were well looked after, good wines, good food in all of them, and plenty of it, reasonably priced wherever we went.
The only downside was deciding to get a taxi from the airport, basically we relied on the driver after giving him the address to be familar wth the area...wrong! He took us to Marina Rubicon, but had no idea where villa was.The fare clock was ticking well 40euros!Our fault for not getting the map out,,,but we found it and was well worth the wait!

“This Villa was just as we had hoped it would be after viewing the website. It does exactly what it says on the tin!! In a quiet position, yet handy for the shops and restaurants around the Marina.
The pool was delightful, as were the rest of the amenities.”

“The villa is simply great! Very clean, big, with great furniture. It's well organized and you can find there whatever you need to spend a pleasant holiday. The villa is one of the biggest, with its wounderful garden a swimming pool. It's located near a big comemrcial center and near the port, restaurants and shops. It was really a pleasure to stay there.”

“Hi Phil,
Once again, many thanks for a truly wonderful holiday a your villa. Marina View was just superb and we had a fantstic time there. The villa was both clean and comfortable.
After breakfast on the patio, admiring the beautiful cactus gardens, we then went on a different walk each morning (except on market days). There is just so much to see in Marina Rubicon and Playa Blanca.
Lunch was usually a tasty snack at Lanis`. Then, it was a 2 minute stroll back to the villa, maybe stopping at the convenient and well- stocked Supermarket. (Wine and Pringles.)
Our afternoons were spent sunbathing and relaxing on the comfy sun-loungers , then swimming in the heated pool.Heaven!!!
We ate out each evening and had superb meals ,with an excellent choice of menus to choose from. The nearby taxi rank was a `find` and meant that we didn`t need to hire a car.
