“Excellent location on the edge of the site, being only a short walk to restaurants, supermarket and beach. The two patios are only overlooked by the rear of the neighbouring complex, but in the other direction there are open views to the sea, and in the sun almost all day. The centre of Costa Teguise is about a 20 min. walk and is full of shops, bars etc. Although very spacious and well-equipped, we found the apartment to be a bit grubby and in need of some tlc. It's obviously very popular but is suffering from this wear and tear.”

Owner's response: We ask for feedback from guests and following her holiday Sue kindly told us about some things she felt needed our attention. Not everything she mentioned was identifiable as the apartment had been cleaned after her departure, but that which could be was quickly rectified. We have apologised to Sue and thanked her for helping us to maintain our usual high standards.

“have just got back from my holiday and i completly enjoyed it.i was totally relaxed and felt like home from home.the apartment was clean when i arrived and was in an ideal position with great sea views and allday sun from both balconys.
i have been playa bastian many times and this was the best located apartment iv stayed in.
would recommend it to anyone.

“Stayed last week in October 2011. Very nice apartment, clean and tidy, and it is close to all the shops and bars, but you are not disturbed by any noise from them. The thing we liked best was that you were so close to the lovely promenade. We have satyed in Costa Teguise a few times and would recomend this property.”

“This is a very clean and spacious apartment situated on the Playa Bastian complex. It has an excellent location close to all required amenities including cash point, supermarket across the road, taxi rank, car hire agent, numerous bars and restaurants all close by. There are three pools on the complex and there is a beach which is a short walk from the apartment.

The apartment itself is identical to the photos shown on the website. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. There are good cooking facilities if needed too. This apartment would be suitable for two couples or a family of five.

I would highly recommend this apartment and I look forward to staying there again.”

“The apartment is well equipped, ideal for two couples or a family, having two bathrooms was ideal. Its well situated for restaurants, beach and the town all of which are a few minutes walk away.The pool area was very clean and the pool bar well run with friendly staff and lovely bar snacks. The apartment has the sun on the balconies virtually all day so you can have breakfast in the sunshine and supper as well! We would certainly book this apartment again.”

“Staying at playa Bastian is ideal for families and couples. With Three different sized pools plus a poolside Bar restaurant Drinks and snacks are always available.
Its position in Costa Tuguise makes it ideal for strolls along the seafront into the town centre with its many restaurants .”

“Exactly as stated in the advert. Lovely apartment with sunshine on balconies from 8.30 in the morning until 6.00 at night, and this was December.

“Well equipped comfortable apartment situated close to the sea, restaurants and amenities. Located in a quiet well maintained complex with a sea view from the balcony.
During our stay we had a plumbing leak on Sunday morning at 8.00am. The emergency contact system (detailed in the users guide) worked well and resulted in the problem being resolved in approximately two hours. We were impressed by the response of both the owner and their on site management team.

We really enjoyed our time in Lanzarote with 26 Deg C and mostly sunshine.
Returned to the UK to be greeted by minus 2 Deg C and traffic jams.
Great holiday and we recommend this apartment.”

Great views from the balconys and a ten minute stroll to the shops and restaraunts.

“Have just returned from 2 weeks in this sea view apartment. The sun really does shine on the balconies from rising to setting. It was lovely to have breakfast outside in November in the sunshine and to be able to see the sea! The apartment is very well equipped and very clean and we are extremely particular. I spent ages looking for the right apartment for our holiday and I must say my search was well rewarded. The owner has put together an information booklet which is very useful. Playa Bastain complex is a delight; it is made up of apartments, bungalows and detached houses. It is very clean, extremely convenient (2 minutes from the sea and promenade which takes you into town) and well maintained. There is a decent restaurant on site; a supermarket and bus stop outside the complex which will take you to the capital and Puerto Carmen plus plenty of decent restaurants within a few minutes. It was our first visit to Costa Teguise and it will certainly not be our last. We absolutely loved it. Would recommend Oscars restaurant (near the Coronas playa hotel) fabulous food.”

“2ND and would go again and again!! apartment beautiful, well equipped, and the view is fantastic.Owner very good and providing directions, tips etc. Larrys American diner on the front of the apartments is to be recommended , food and service excellent, spotlessly clean, and reasonably priced. Again weather was brilliant, what more can we say, would definitely recommend .”

“We returned home a week ago after a great holiday at this lovely apartment. The location is ideal and the apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The 2 balconies are a major bonus, with the sun on them both for most of the day. The pools were also very welcome as the weather was very warm. Restaurants and just about everything else you could need are within easy reach, with the town of Costa Teguise a picturesque 15 minute stroll away. We have already booked to return next year, which says it all really!”
