“we were there in the heatwave from june 16-23rd 2011, we missed the air conditioning, the appliances were well used, i.e. iron , washer, shower heads, and hose etc. we have stayed here in the past, lovely accomodation,very clean,pool is a bonus, as it is heated, which is really nice, when there is no heatwave. but is in need of an upgrade.”

“We stayed in Villa Leona 9th-16th September 2010 and had one of our best holidays yet to Lanzarote and we are frequent visitors. The villa was fabulous, very spacious and clean. The pool and garden areas were so relaxing - we found no fault with the villa whatsoever.

Andy from the Management Staff was very helpful and told us about the local area. Find the underground tunnel through apartments at the end of the road - which brings you to the local shop - walking through the shop turning left brings you down to a great Spar shop which has everythng you need - there are plenty of local restaurants for example Marios Italian Restaurant not far from the Villa - the food was great but don't be in a hurry - just chill out and relax. Or have a chinese take away from the local restaurant down the road. If you like Mexian food check out Emma's Cantina above the Harbour area - we had a great night there.

The villa is in a very peaceful area however its not far from the harbour or main strip and taxis are very cheap with the rank a couple of minutes walk away - we look forward to going back to next year - fingers crossed.”

“WE STAYED IN THIS VILLA FOR TWO WEEKS, IT IS SITUATED IN A EXCELLENT, PEACEFUL,QUIET LOCATION, THE POOL WAS CLEAN AS WAS THE VILLA TO A HIGH STANDARD, WE EXPERIENCED NO PROBLEMS DURING OUR STAY, THERE WAS FRIENDLY HELPFULL MANAGEMENT STAFF ON HAND TO DEAL WITH ANY QUERIES OR ISSUES.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS VILLA IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PEACEFULL LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE TOWN”

“We had a lovely time staying at Villa Leona. The villa itself is very clean and spacious, it's set in a great location close to the harbour. It's also very quite, so no noise keeping you awake at night. We would definitely go back again ! Thanks for a lovely holiday.”

“villa leona very clean, and decorated to a high standard, only thing missing was air conditioning , and the shower fitments were poor, the t.v was non existent unless you had your own card, which we didnt, the building site over the road was a let down, but very quiet in the evenings and night time, so all had a good sleep.except for the missing airconditioning, pool was kept to a high standard, but the surrounding gardens were very untidy. might go back again. dont know.”

Owner's response: The land opposite is not a building site - it is an area of green land which cannot be built on under Spanish law.
