“Back at Pat's apartment yet again for another 6 weeks,everything still the same,just as good as our first visit and back here again for 4 weeks from the 14 June this year. This time we have new sunbeds,Pat pays attention to detail and keeps the property updated constantly,this is out 4th stay with Pat.”

“Our last day here again after another 6 weeks spent in Pat's apartment,back again in Jan 2012 and June 2012 for 6 weeks each time,but as usual,an excellent time spent here and as we have said before,Pat is such an easy owner to deal with and responds to mails immediately if he isn't here himself.

Pat was around for some of the time we were here and took us on a couple of shopping trips which were much appreciated,then in the past 2 weeks shopped around for new loungers for the terrace which are excellent and complement the accomodation.

We are regular visitors to Villa Azzurro,there are around 90 properties in this area we could choose from and we never consider staying anywhere else but Pat's apartment,we can thoroughly recommend it and if anyone wants to contact us please do so(paulg@email4us.com)”

“We have just returned from a week's holiday in Pat's bungalow. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Very friendly neighbours who made our stay special.
Matagorda Bay is quiet and picturesque. Plenty of restaurants nearby - most looking out over the beautiful bay. Hope to return in the future. Thank you Pat.”

“We're back at Pat's in Matagorda,been here for 5 weeks with one week left before we leave,as usual,everything perfect,so easy dealing with Pat,he's flexible with the booking dates,as the airline we use don't publish their schedule until later it's difficult to book specific dates,so Pat lets us confirm the exact dates later.

We already have 6 weeks booked in June/July,booked a further 6 weeks in January 2012,6 weeks in the Summer of 2012 and expect to be back here in December of this year,that's how much we enjoy using Pat's apartment.

The urbanization is a really good complex with good neighbours,and Pat's is just a few doors away from John & Margaret that take care of many of the apartments,they are really nice people and will help in any way they can,at the moment we're spending 3 months a year here but expect to increase it from next year.

“We already stayed at Pat's apartment and it was so good that we booked a further 6 weeks in January 2011 and 6 weeks in June/July 2011. By the fact we have booked another 12 weeks at Pat's shows what we think of the apartment,and as for dealing with Pat,we can only endorse the previous comment on the site.

Absolutely perfect location,facilities,always a pleasure to visit,

“We have just returned from a fantastic 9 days in Pat's apartment and for the 2nd year running everything was faultless.It just doesn't get any better, anyone looking for a relaxing holiday that blends a quiet well maintained and friendly complex with a clean, private and fully furnished apartment 2 pools and a resort centre 5 mins from your front door this is the place for you. Dealing with Pat is a real pleasure as he goes out of his way to ensure that you have all the information you need to make your stay as easy as possible with a number of helpful tips and local information to ease you into your stay. I can't wait to return next year”

“We stayed in Pat's apartment for 5 weeks earlier this year and had a wonderful time there,the location is excellent,quiet,away from the noise of the pool area,surrounded by beautiful gardens,in front is the terrace area where we spent every one of our afternoons,it was o good that we tried to book another 5 weeks in the Summer but it wasn't available so we booked early for 2011 and we have 6 weeks Jan/Feb reserved and already checking flights to return for 2 months in the Summer of 2011.

Prices are good,Pat gets back to mails immediately when I contact him,overall it's an excellent apartment and we will continue booking whenever it is available,

“We would highly recommend this bungalow, it is new, spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable. We had 2 young children with us and still plenty of room (having the Irish and English TV channels has very handy too). We loved the complex, its so relaxed, we spent most of our time in the kiddie pool. It is only a short stroll to the shops, restaurants (very reasonably priced), and beautiful beaches. The bungalow is very private with a lovely patio for relaxing with a glass of vino! Just perfect for a relaxing break. Thanks again Pat for all your help.”

“Thank you Pat. You have a lovely apartment in a quiet and tranquil place. We loved it! The apartment was comfortable and exceptionally clean. We were so at home we stayed in for three of the evenings and chilled out. The terrace is sunny and spacious so we were very happy to sit out there when we could. Matagorda Bay suited us really well and our 18month old grandaughter had a great time pushing her toy buggy up and down the pathway from their studio to the bungalow. One thing we found out was that if anyone is ill ( as our liitle grandaughter was ) just hop in a taxi and go to the clinic in Tias. She received excellent care for a chest infection and it was all free. We are desperate to return and are watching out for cheap flights for October and February. Highly recommended for a really quiet and relaxed low-key holiday ... a real hidden gem. We love Matagorda with its beautiful stretch of beach and extended walkway along the front...we walked to Puerto del Carmen ......and the proximity to the airport is a total advantage. We left the apartment at 5.15pm and were in the departure lounge by 5.45! The aircraft noise did not trouble us one bit. The restaurants and bars are plentiful and food excellent. We are very envious of Pat having such a great apartmetn in a great spot. We will be back!!!”

“We have just returned from Matagorda Bay and we had a wonderful time. The apartment is fantastic with everything you need and is exceptionally clean which was great as we had a one year old who is still crawling. It is situated in a very private part of the complex. The pool area is lovely and didn't have any difficulties getting a sun lounger. I found Pat to be extremely helpful, he provided a lot of information and any queries that I had, he got back to me so quickly. We will definitely be returning!!!!

“We stayed in this apartment; the apartment itself was very clean with fantastic furnishings,
large bathroom especially suited for small children, the TV was great for those nights that you stayed in and thank god for the wireless Internet connection that kept my son happy. We found it safe quite, relaxing and idyllic place... but yet 5mins from beach supermarket (cheap beer/food) and exclusive restaurants and nightly entertainment for young and old ..I would highly recommend this apt ....”
