“fantastic villa !!! loved it just got back after 11 days of sunshine and relaxation, the villa easily accomodated my large group of eight and can easily fit 12 people. Bedrooms were comfortably, cooking facilities were adequate, bbq worked really as well. Few issues with the sky TV and no wifi which the kids hated but the pool made up for the lack of technology !!!”

Owner's response: Many thanks for feedback. T.V has been upgraded.

“Having just spent two weeks at this "des res", I have to say it's a family villa not to be overlooked. All ages have been catered for, and if you just want to chill out around the HEATED pool, in privacy, with the music to get the holiday feel....................this is THE place to be!! So clean, with efficient friendly staff (if you happen to be around when they call).
The owners of the villa have been so friendly right from the initial enquiry and nothing has been any trouble, and although never having met them I feel I could call round for coffee as I pestered them so much about finer details, flights, car hire etc.
A great holiday, a great villa.............but I do recommend you hire a car if you want to see the sights, as it's a little remote, but 10mins from just about anywhere with a car!!”

“We stayed here for ten days in Dec 2010. the photos do not so it justice as the villa is very large, secure with lots of amenities. the majority of the villa was very clean and well maintained, but since you feet of socks end up filthy the floor cant be as clean as it looks, you have to brush the dirt off your feet before you get into bed which is a bit gross. The kitchen is well stocked with big pans, and everything you might need, although there is only one shelf in the oven which is very limiting if you plan to cook. we bought some teatowels because here was only one, hopefully they will leave them so other holiday makers dont have the same issue we had. The pool is very clean and warm with plenty of inflatables in the shed. the pool is deep except at the stairs and could do with a handrail for less able visitors, as the steps into it are quite steep. the open bbq area is well laid out and comfortable but you need to move everything further under the edge if there is any chance of rain as it blows in and soaks the cushions. the BBQ itself is large but the chimney puffs out smoke so must need cleaning and takes a couple of hours to heat up so start early if you want to eat at a sensible time. upstairs in the games area, there are some dvds and books and ps 2 games, many of the dvds and games dont work because of previous misuse, and there is a very limited selection anyway. out of all the dvd players in the house there was only the one in the apartment that actually worked. there are very few tv stations you would want to watch and the tv setup itself and remotes are very temperamental, and directions in the folder were wrong on how to work it. the sunbeds outside all come with cushions and are all in good nick. the apartment downstairs is boiling hot all the time due to the low ceilings and lack of ventilation. we had the fan on full all night every night to little effect which was very uncomfortable. it also smells quite musty down there. again the kitchen is well equipped and the lounge area cosy and well-furnished. the villa is in a quiet area, with very few local amenities, it does definitely require a car rental. we only saw one bus the entire time. some local and island-wide maps and leaflets for local attractions would have been helpful - or even a guide book dated within the last ten years since all the prices in the old book were in pesetas!”

Owner's response: Thanks for feedback,we have addressed the issues mentioned,we do pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the villa and have been informed that there had been a 'Calima',dust and sand laden storm ,on the island at this time, thus accounting for the grit etc.BBQ was found to have a Gecko's nest in it,tv and dvd now ok.
Guide books and maps are always available at the villa, although they do tend to go missing regularly, and have to be replaced on a regular basis,(the 'pesatas'guide book was at the villa when we bought it and thought it fun to keep!). Currently looking at possible AC for apartment ,but personally have never found it necessary.

“This villa is pure luxury. The location is just right not far from large shopping mal but far from noise. The villa is very private not overlooked. The pool was warm and clean. We used the barbie a few times and snuggled down for lazy evenings watching tv. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and have lovely decor. I would love to stay again”

“The photos do not do this villa justice. The master bedroom with en-suite is to die for with a triple shower - best holiday shower ever, play area for children is really good. We forgot our driving licence, taxi was only 20 euros for the roundtrip from the airport and to get to the main super market 12 euros round trip, there is also a really good supermarket within a pleasant 10 min walk which was cheaper than the main one!! great for fresh bread and milk etc. Views from the gallery were amazing, all the way to the ocean and fantastic landscape around the villa. Would recommend to anyone who wants an away from it all, but still close enough to do things holiday. Many thanks for allowing us to stay there.”

“Visited the villa in June/July this year. The villa was all we expected and more. Very clean due to the thorough management team .The welcome pack was greatly appreciated due to our late arrival. Had a great holiday would not hesitate to return to this villa.”
