“Just returned from a months stay in this lovely bungalow. Decor is a bit old fashioned but it is very light and spacious. Very comfortable beds and pillows, we could have done with an extra blanket on a couple of nights - but we raided the spare bed. There is NO washer or dryer which didn't bother us but a family with children staying for more than a week might struggle. It is very well equipped and the towels were very plentiful and beautifully soft and white. A very friendly complex and we hope to return next year.”

Owner's response: Thank you for this review, I will investigate the community washing machine situation and amend the advert.

“stayed here for 2weeks was very good great company in the complex itself as everyone gets on together, easy access to food, pubs, supermarket etc. also only €6-7 in a taxi to the night life in puerto del carmen. go to lanzarote every year. pitty this is booked out for july, maybe next year. would recommend it to anyone!”

“loverly clean bungalow...every thing you needed..great welcome pack...supermarket just over the road..clean pool.( VERY NICE MAN CLEANED THE POOL AND AROUND) joe he is and can give you any tip's you may need... can't fault anything we are going back,...now we must not forget louise..having never booked private before and not that good on computer she was brill....she made it so easy for us ..also visited day after we arrived gave lot's of info..she even rang a taxi for our return flight...THAT IS WHAT WE CALL SERVICE.. you don't get that with travel agents....”

“Me and my family travelled to lanzarote and had a unforgettable experience in club sunkeeker, it was really pleasant.We used the san marcial supermarket it was really handy.Its in a very good location if you were staying local in maragorda, other wise it was between £5.00-£7.00 in a taxi up to the harbour/old town of puerto dal carmen.The only thing that was not very plesant was the cats from the residents two doors down climbing in the windows its was shocking,and we had to keep the window shut always, the result of closed windows all day made the place quite hot/stuffy.
I would return to this complex tho as its very tidy and well keep, its peaceful and quite and very safe.”

“we stayed at sunseeker no1 in feb27 for 7days it should have been for 28 days ,but due to illness at home we had to curtail our holiday and come home,the bungalow is excellent very spacious and close to beach ,shops, restaurants .new tv had been installed with all the channels we have at home thanks victor and louise ,we will be back soon .barbara and arnold.”

“really liked low key attitude,however there are no instructions in the bungalows on operating the hot water boiler situated in the back yard .We arrived Friday evening no reception until Monday morning,only for our neighbour we would not have sourced hot water.One other thing no blankets a cold Friday night,again our neighbours came to our rescue on Saturday morning they gave us their blankets as they were going home.Bungalows very clean and near everything.Will return”

Owner's response: I am very confused by this review as the boiler is inside the property and I also visit the clients the day after they arrive. I think that maybe Jacque may have stayed in another property and NOT Club Sunseeker 1

“just returned from 10 day stay club sunseeker no.1.accomadation was excellant,location 5mins from local shops ,restaurants & beach.very relaxing holiday complex although facing onto road was very quite & private.will return again.”

“We stayed here at Easter 2010. The location of the property is excellent, perfect for a quiet
relaxing holiday. It is only minutes from a nice beach and the centre of Matagorda which has a
wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. No.1 is wll maintained and has a real homely
atmosphere. It is only metres from a pleasant pool and sunbathing area with ample sun-loungers.
We had a most enjoyable stay and look forward to returning in the near future.”
